🤝 About the Role

We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to guide a high volume of small business customers through their entire meez journey—from onboarding and activation to product adoption and long-term success. You’ll play a key role in reducing churn, increasing engagement, and building a support experience that customers rave about.

This is an ideal role for someone who’s highly organized, loves talking to people, and enjoys working cross-functionally to make customers successful.

🛠 What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full customer lifecycle for a large volume of small accounts
  • Help new users get value fast with onboarding, training, and guided resources
  • Troubleshoot customer issues with empathy and efficiency
  • Maintain and improve help center content, product tours, and customer outreach
  • Track retention, product usage, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Collaborate across Sales, Support, and Product teams
  • Spot growth opportunities and partner with Account Management
  • Be a meez product expert and trusted advisor to your customers

✅ You’ll Be a Great Fit If You

Must-Have:

  • 2–4 years in Customer Success, Account Management, Support, or similar roles
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of accounts
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and video
  • Experience using tools like Hubspot, Intercom, or similar CRMs
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and follow-up skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in SaaS, particularly with SMB or self-serve segments
  • Background in the restaurant, foodservice, or hospitality industries
  • Familiarity with customer support/ticketing tools
  • Experience in a startup or remote-first team environment

Nice-to-Have:

  • Interest in growing your career within Customer Success or adjacent areas
  • Bonus: You’ve worked cross-functionally with product, sales, or support teams
